Krash the Kress Details and Fan Information

Phoenix Fans,

We are excited to have you join us for the historic first-ever men's basketball conference game at the Kress Events Center. We are approaching a sellout for the game and want to be sure our fans have information on hand to make it a great game day experience.

There are a limited number of tickets available for fans interested in attending the game. If you would like to purchase tickets, click here.

Here are a few notes and tips to be sure you are prepared:
  • Schedule of Events
  • 6 p.m. - Krash the Kress Tailgate opens - 6 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. in the East/West Gyms in the former Phoenix Sports Center (advanced registration required; details below)
  • 6:30 pm. - Shuttle services begin for outer campus lots
  • 7 p.m. - Doors to arena open
  • 8 p.m. - Tipoff vs UIC
  • Parking & Shuttle Information
  • Parking: The UW-Green Bay campus will have several lots open free of charge for game attendees.
  • Shuttle: There will also be a free shuttle starting at 6:30 p.m. and running throughout the game and after the game to the Weidner lot, Wood Hall lot and Studio Arts lot. Exact pickup locations will be marked with GB flags. Please see the campus map showing these shuttle locations
  • Phoenix Fund Parking: See locations for Phoenix Fund parking pass holders on map
  • Note Your Spot: If you are unfamiliar with parking on campus, please be sure to note the lot you are parking for ease in returning to your vehicle post-game.
  • No Street Parking: Please note there is no street parking on campus; violators will be ticketed and towed if parked on campus streets.
  • Directions to Campus
  • For anyone looking to plug in an address for directions, use 2358 Leon Bond Drive, Green Bay, WI 54311. Please note entry points to campus on the map included in this email. Traffic on game day is routed by UW-Green Bay Public Safety officers using South Circle Drive.8326
    • Krash the Kress Updates
      • Krash the Kress will be the largest single UW-Green Bay Alumni Association event ever with more than 600 alumni, 1300 students and 200 admitted students in attendance!
      • A limited number of tickets have been added to accommodate the high demand to attend Krash the Kress, registration closes at midnight on February 9
      • All Krash the Kress attendees will be entered for a chance to win a 50" Toshiba, flat screen smart TV, wireless Beats headphones by Dr. Dre, t-shirts, hats, restaurant gift cards and more!

    • Tickets
    • Season Ticket Holders: If you are a season ticket holder, you should have your game ticket assigned to a seat at the Kress Center for Game 17. If you do not have these tickets, please call the Green Bay Athletics box office at 920.465.2625.
    • Will-Call Pickup: If your tickets are waiting for you at will-call, you can pick them up at Window 4 at the Kress Events Center ticket box office.
    • Questions/Troubleshooting: If you have other ticket questions or need tickets reprinted, please call the box office in advance to avoid game-day lines at 920.465.2625.
    • Concessions, Beer & Bookstore Locations
 
  • Many fans asked about concessions, beer and bookstore sales in the Kress Events Center. There will be multiple food and beer stand locations for the game. The UW-Green Bay Bookstore will also have a satellite outlet open for the game near the Dick Bennett Gym starting at 5:30 p.m. Here is the layout for the Kress including those sales locations:
