Halfmann has been employed in some capacity by the
athletics department since his days as an undergraduate student at UW-Green
Bay. He was promoted to his current role as Assistant AD for Marketing and Promotions in Oct. 2012.
Since graduating in May 2007 with a bachelor's degree in communications,
he has served as the Director of Marketing and Promotions. He worked as a
student assistant with Green Bay Phoenix Athletics from 2003-07 in games
management and marketing positions.
oversees the department's marketing and promotions as well as the strategic
planning and buying of media and advertising. He is responsible for various
aspects of the department's ticketing, including season tickets and packages,
individual game sales, group ticket sales and ticket promotions. Halfmann also
manages the gameday experience, including fulfillment of corporate sponsorship
promotions through Nelligan Sports Marketing and administrative oversight of
the spirit quads.
