GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – After spending his time as an undergraduate as a student intern with the Green Bay Phoenix athletics department, Logan Hendricks has been hired as the athletics ticketing and fan experience manager, Interim Director of Athletics Dan McIver announced on Tuesday.
“Logan is a perfect choice for this position because of his passion for Green Bay Athletics and our fans,” said McIver. “While a student intern in our department, he carried out his responsibilities in a professional and energetic manner, and we are excited to watch him thrive in this position.”
In his role as athletics ticketing and fan experience manager, Hendricks will manage season ticket renewals for men’s and women’s basketball, manage group ticket programs and execute game day ticketing and marketing operations and promotions. Hendricks will also develop strategies to enhance fan participation, engagement and overall atmosphere at Phoenix home athletics events.
“I had a great experience being able to work with Green Bay Athletics and our supporters as an undergrad, and I am excited to stay in the Phoenix family as a proud alum,” said Hendricks. “I am extremely passionate about Green Bay Athletics, our teams and our student-athletes, and I appreciate Dan McIver and Adam Halfmann giving me the opportunity to begin my career in college athletics while promoting the Phoenix to our great fans.”
Hendricks, a native of De Pere, graduated from UW-Green Bay in May 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in corporate communications. During his time as a student intern in the athletics marketing department, Hendricks served various roles and was named the 2012 UW-Green Bay Student Employee of the Year.
