How do I get tickets in the Green Bay section?
TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE GREEN BAY TICKET OFFICE. Tickets are, however, available for general public purchase in the Green Bay section (section 120). Reserved all-session seats in the Green Bay section are $75. To ensure your seats in the Green Bay section call 313-471-7575 and ask for seats in the Green Bay section. You can also access tickets in the Green Bay section online. For all-session tickets click here >> click “find tickets” and use the promo code “PHOENIX”.
For single-session tickets click the session you wish to attend and use promo code “GB”. All fans that purchase an all session pass before February 20th will receive a voucher for a free Motor City Madness hat, redeemable on the concourse during the tournament. The deadline to purchase tickets in the Green Bay section is March 1.
What is the re-entry policy for Joe Louis Arena?
Each day will be treated as a single session. Fans may obtain a wristband while exiting Joe Louis Arena. The wristband will grant re-entry on that given day to ensure you can catch all the Phoenix action. On March 7, the building will be cleared between the women’s championship game and on that day only a ticket alone will serve as your re-entry for the men’s championship game.
Is there an official Green Bay hotel for fans?
No. The Horizon League has secured discounted hotel blocks at a number of hotels in Detroit. Hotels range in quality and price. For fans looking to be centrally located downtown to amenities, please consider Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Downtown. For fans looking to be close to Joe Louis Arena, please consider the Crown Plaza Detroit Downtown Riverfront, which is located just a half mile from the arena.
Will Green Bay Athletics be sponsoring a fan bus to the tournament?
No. There will not be any coordinated fan travel to Detroit. For fans that would like to assistance in booking travel, travel agent Jodi Moretti is available to assist in your planning efforts. Where can I socialize with other Green Bay fans outside of Joe Louis Arena?
Phoenix fans will be headquartered at Nemo’s, located at 1384 Michigan Ave., Detroit, MI 48226. Phoenix fans will have a reserved area beginning two hours prior to each game the Phoenix men’s and women’s basketball teams participate in. There will be a fan shuttle available from Nemo’s to Joe Louis Arena. Please note, Nemo’s only accepts cash, so plan ahead! For more information about Nemo’s visit www.nemosdetroit.com.
