KISSIMMEE, Fla. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) - Junior Ashley Nannemann (Burlington, Wis.) pitched a complete game and allowed just one run on Sunday as Green Bay (1-10) rallied past Columbia (7-6) for a 3-1 victory at the Rebel Spring Games at the Osceola Softball Complex in Kissimmee, Fla.

Nannemann pitched all seven innings against Columbia, scattering nine hits but allowed just one run and walked zero while striking out seven.

After falling behind 1-0 after a Columbia run in the second inning, Green Bay took the lead in the top of the third inning. With two outs, freshman Marissa Michalkiewicz (Appleton, Wis.) singled to left field to bring junior Shannon Butts (Greenfield, Wis.) to the plate. Butts homered to left-center field for a 2-1 Phoenix lead.

Michalkiewicz started another scoring inning in the fifth, singling to left field with one out. Sophomore Hailey Mohrfeld (Menomonee Falls, Wis.) provided another two-out RBI, singling up the middle for a 3-1 lead.

Nannemann stranded four Columbia runners over the final three innings to close out the win for Green Bay.

Michalkiewicz went 3-for-3 as the lone Phoenix player to have a multi-hit game.

In other action at the Rebel Spring Games, Green Bay fell to Utah Valley (6-2), Fairleigh Dickinson (2-1), Army (5-3), Wagner (2-1) and Albany (7-4).

The Phoenix has six games remaining at the tournament, including contests against Albany and Columbia on Tuesday, a doubleheader against Rider on Wednesday and a twinbill against Manhattan on Thursday.
