GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) - Midfielder JC Banks (Milwaukee, Wis.) picked up a post-season award following his senior campaign with Green Bay after being named to the Goal.com Second Team.

Banks is one of two players from the Horizon League named to the Goal.com Second team. Banks led the Phoenix and Horizon League in goals (12), points (30) and shots (84) through 17 games of play. Banks finished the regular season ranked 10th nationally in total goals, 11th in points per game (1.67) and total points while finishing 13th in goals per game (0.67).

In its second year of existence, Goal.com's mission is to connect the world of soccer and to celebrate the passion of soccer players and fans everywhere. Goal.com has 500 contributors in 50 countries producing content in more than 15 languages.

Banks is currently spending time trying out for pro teams Hammarby, Degerfors and Trelleborg in Sweden.
