INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) - The Green Bay women's golf team completed play in the Butler Invitational at Highland Golf and Country Club in Indianapolis. The Phoenix was paced in the 36-hole event by sophomore newcomer Grace Abitz (Appleton, Wis.), who had rounds of 78 and 84.

The other Green Bay golfers were led by junior Christina De Boer (Onalaska, Wis.), who had the low score of Tuesday's second with a 79. De Boer's two-day total of 163 (84-79) was a shot back of Abitz. Senior Eleanor Yorobe (Bloomington, Minn.) was two more shots back at 165 (82-83) while Renee Christensen (Greenleaf, Wis.) and Steph Fitfield (Oconto Falls, Wis.) finished at 172 and 173, respectively.

Green Bay will return to action on Sunday and Monday, competing in the Western Illinois Invitational in Macomb, Ill.
