GREEN BAY, Wisc. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) - Head coach Debbie Kirch and the Green Bay volleyball program will be hosting the Winter Warm-Up Clinic Series in January and February. The clinics will be held on three Sundays - January 30, February 6 and February 13 - and will focus on all aspects of the game of volleyball.
The three clinics will give players to the opportunity to improve their volleyball skills and learn new skills from collegiate players and coaches. The clinics are designed for established players who are already familiar with the sport and players looking to learn the game for the first time.
The opening session on January 30 will focus on serving and passing, the February 6 session will teach players about attacking and defense, and setting and game play will be the focus on February 13.
Each Sunday will feature two sessions based on age, with players in grades seven and younger coming from 8-10 a.m. and players in grades eight and older attending from 10 a.m.-noon. The registration fee is $35 per session and each camper will receive a t-shirt or a bag. Campers can also attend all three sessions for a discounted price of $90.
