Anderson and Nelson paired up at No. 2 doubles to defeat the Penguins' duo of Lauren Hankle and Gimena Puppo 8-2, helping the Phoenix secure the doubles point and an early 1-0 lead.
Anderson and Puppo then squared off at the No. 4 singles spot, with Anderson prevailing 6-1, 2-0. At No. 5, Nelson powered her way past YSU's Jennifer Moore 6-0, 6-1 for her second victory of the day.
