Single game ticket sales can be paid for in cash, by check payable to Green Bay Athletics, or charged to VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Men's and women's basketball season ticket holders can exchange unused season ticket (tickets must be for an upcoming game) for a future regular season game.
Season-by-season, some games may not be eligible for exchange.

To take advantage of this program:
  • The tickets must be in your name; they are not transferable from another season ticket holder
  • The exchange may be done in advance when you know you’ll miss an upcoming game
  • The exchange must be arranged in person by bringing the unused tickets to a future game at the Resch Center or Kress Center box office during regular business hours
  • The exchange cannot be done within one hour of a basketball game to avoid inconvenient delays
  • The box office will verify the ticket status through information encoded on the bar code on the ticket(s) involved and will issue you tickets as close to your seats as possible, based on availability.  The box office will request your customer number – found at the top of the address “ticket” in the window flap or front of the envelope your tickets arrived in.  Please save the address ticket or record your customer numbe
