The University of Wisconsin- Green Bay is committed to the principle of institutional control and operating its athletics program in a manner consistent with the letter and spirit of the National Collegiate Athletics Association, the Horizon League and UW-Green Bat regulations.
As a member of the NCAA, Green Bay is responsible for the actions of its student-athletes, staff, alumni, boosters and fans. The Compliance Office coordinates, monitors, and verifies adherence to all NCAA and Horizon League regulations. It is the responsibility of each member institution of the NCAA to control its intercollegiate athletics program in compliance with the rules and regulations of the NCAA.
