Women's Soccer Takes on Detroit on Saturday
GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – The Green Bay women’s soccer team continues its Horizon League slate on Saturday, traveling to Detroit to take on the Titans at noon. The game is the opener for a women’s/men’s doubleheader for Detroit.
Saturday’s match will be the 24th all-time meeting, with the Titans owning an 18-2-3 advantage in the all-time series. Green Bay’s last win in the series came on October 26, 2008 (2-1) at home.
Green Bay enters the weekend all even at 4-4-4. The Phoenix has been strong at home going 4-1-1, but will look to earn its first road win of the season where it is 0-3-3 this year.

Detroit enters the weekend with an overall record of 6-6-1 and is winless in the Horizon League, 0-2-0. It is the first home conference game for the Titans after they dropped decisions at Cleveland State (2-0) and Milwaukee (2-1).
