Inside Phoenix Basketball Begins at Hagemeister Park on Nov. 26

GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) - With both Green Bay basketball teams fresh off early season tournaments and at least five games into the 2012-13 seasons, the return of Inside Phoenix Basketball presented by Miller Lite on Monday, Nov. 26 will provide Phoenix fans a chance to get the inside thoughts from head coaches Brian Wardle and Kevin Borseth. In its third season, the weekly basketball coaches show will remain from 6-7 p.m. on Monday nights but has moved to a new location for 2012-13 at Hagemeister Park.

Fans unable to attend the show can also watch live on GreenBayPhoenix.com. Tape-delayed episodes of Inside Phoenix Basketball will be televised by Time Warner Cable Sports32 and on TWC's Wisconsin On Demand Channel 411. The 30-minute show with Wardle will air on Sports32 at 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Thursdays while the 30-minute show with Borseth will be televised on Fridays at 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Matt Menzl, the play-by-play voice of the men's basketball team will host the show for the third season. Head men's basketball coach Brian Wardle will give insights into his program from 6-6:30 p.m. while head women's basketball coach Kevin Borseth will be on the set for his first season on the show from 6:30-7 p.m.

The show will again feature 1-on-1 segments with Menz and the coaches, who will talk about their respective programs by recapping prior games and looking ahead to upcoming contests. During the show, there will also at times be video features and player guests.

Scheduled dates for the shot include: Nov. 26; Dec. 3, 10, 17; Jan. 7, 14, 21; and Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25. All dates are subject to change but schedule adjustments will be announced in advance.

Opened this year, Hagemeister Park is located at 325 North Washington Street in downtown Green Bay.
