The
Phoenix needs a win over the 15th-ranked Panthers, as well as a
Cleveland State loss at Wright State, in order to clinch the sixth and
final
Horizon League tournament spot.
LAST WEEK:
Both the Phoenix and the Panthers enter Friday night's contest coming
off losses

THE SERIES:
Friday will mark the 29th
meeting between the two schools, with Milwaukee owning a 21-6-1

at Engelmann Stadium since 1996, which would snap an eight-match
losing streak against the Panthers.
SCOUTING THE PANTHERS:

nation's top offenses, knocking in 41 goals in 16 matches this season
for an average of 2.41 goals per game. Leading the way is senior forward
Sarah Hagen, who ranks second in the NCAA in points

The Phoenix has been one of the top defensive teams in the Horizon
League
in 2011, allowing just 16 goals in 17 contests (0.89 goals-against
