GREEN
BAY, WIS. (GREENBAYPHOENIX.COM) - The Green Bay (1-0-0) men's soccer team looks to
start its season with back to back wins as it hosts Oregon State (1-0-0)
Saturday night for the first time in program history.
The Phoenix will kick off against
the Beavers at 7 p.m. at Aldo Santaga Stadium. Oregon State is coming off a 2-0
win at University of Missouri at Kansas City while Green Bay is coming off a
2-1 win over DePaul.
Saturday's match-up will be the
first time Phoenix head coach Tom Poitras has faced an opponent from the PAC-10 while at Green
Bay. The Phoenix is 2-3-1 all-time against PAC-10 opponents.
