What has the Pink Zone done for Green Bay...This year's Pink Zone game was made possible with the support and partnership of The Cancer Team at Bellin Health and The Bellin Foundation. The Bellin Foundation has provided the Phoenix with the pink jerseys they will be wearing on Saturday, February 13 for the Pink Zone game. A month-long online auction for six of the pink jerseys will conclude at halftime and winners will be announced throughout the second half. Heather Golden, Celeste Hoewisch, Hannah Quilling, Kayla Tetschlag and Julie Wojta - will sign five of the jerseys for the auction. The entire team will sign the sixth.
You can purchase raffle tickets at the Pink Zone game for your chance to win one of the remaining jerseys. Winners of the raffle will also be announced during the second half of the game. All funds raised by the auction and the raffle will be designated to the Green Bay Phoenix: Compete to Beat Fund at The Bellin Foundation.
In over three years, Pink Zone events at Green Bay have raised more than $22,000 for treatment based needs for patients and families with cancer.
The Green Bay Athletics department would like to thank Bellin Health, The Cancer Team at Bellin Health, The Bellin Foundation and The Ribbon of Hope for their partnership and support to the Pink Zone game. Together we are making a difference in the fight against cancer.
