Green Bay to Host NCAA Selection Show Celebration on Monday

GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) - Head coach Kevin Borseth and the Green Bay women's basketball team invites all Phoenix fans to join them on Monday night at the Kress Events Center for Horizon League Championship Celebration and a NCAA Selection Show Watch Party. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., the Phoenix will be introduced to the crowd beginning at 5:45 p.m. and the Selection Show begins at 6 p.m. Green Bay will learn its NCAA Tournament seed, game location and first-round opponent.

After winning its third-straight Horizon League Championship on Sunday afternoon with its 24th-straight victory, Green Bay (29-2) has secured a bid to its fifth consecutive and 14th all-time appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

No. 20/20 Green Bay defeated third-seeded Loyola 54-38 on Sunday, winning its 13th conference tournament title overall and 12th as a member of the Horizon League.
