GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) - In conjunction with the Green Bay men's basketball team's
home against Butler on Tuesday, Feb. 15 at 7 p.m., head coach Brian Wardle and Bellin Health will
hold a Coaches vs. Cancer breakfast at 7:30 a.m. at the Kress Center.
Joining
Wardle as speakers for the event will be Brad
Stevens, the Butler head coach who guided his team to the national
championship game in 2010, and Dr.
Thomas Boyd of Bellin Health. This year's breakfast will focus on cancer
prevention and screenings. Dr. Boyd is a family practice physician with a
special interest in flexible sigmoidoscopy.
Tickets
for the breakfast can be purchased for $25 with the proceeds going to support those locally who are currently battling and affected by cancer. For more information or to purchase tickets, please contact the Green
