GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) - The Green Bay men's basketball team is scheduled to
appear on the ESPN family of networks four times during the course of the next
four weeks, beginning this Friday night at Butler. The contest at Butler's
Hinkle Fieldhouse, slated to tip off at 6 p.m., will be televised live on
ESPNU.
On
Friday, Jan. 28, Green Bay will host Wright State at 7 p.m. at the Resch Center
in a game broadcast on ESPN3.com. At 2 p.m. on Feb. 5, the Phoenix will play at
Milwaukee on ESPNU, and Butler's return trip to Green Bay at 7 p.m. on Feb. 15
will be aired live on ESPN3.com.
Head
coach Brian Wardle's Phoenix squad
has won four-straight games heading into Friday's game against Butler, the
national-runner up in the 2010 NCAA Tournament. The Phoenix most recently
routed UIC 74-50 on Saturday, while Butler enters the game after a 69-64 loss
at Wright State Sunday.
